Vitrak by AtulTech
In build — pilot slots open

Every order, from the counter to the truck.

Vitrak follows one order the whole way — raised at the retail counter, verified by sales, approved by the region, cleared by accounts, made at the plant, dispatched and signed for on delivery.

No signup, no email. Pick any of six roles and walk an order through.

The problem

Orders live in five places at once.

A distribution business runs on messages, phone calls and a register. Every handover is a place an order can stall without anyone noticing.

The counter sends its requirement on WhatsApp. Nobody can say later who asked for what, or when.

An approval sits with one person who is travelling. The order waits three days and no one is told.

The plant starts making goods for an outlet that is ninety days overdue. Accounts finds out after dispatch.

The owner asks how many orders are open. Four people give four different numbers.

The flow

Nine stages, one thread.

Every order moves forward in one direction, and only the person who owns that stage can move it. Anyone allowed to see the order sees exactly where it stands.

The credit gate sits at stage four

Accounts sees the outlet's outstanding, overdue and credit exposure before clearing the order. An order can be held or rejected there, and nothing reaches the plant until it is cleared.

Roles

Six people, six views.

Nobody is handed a screen full of things that are not theirs. Each role opens on what it has to act on today.

Store / Counter

Own outlet

Raises the requirement, tracks it, confirms delivery.

Sales Executive

Beat

Raises orders for outlets, checks dues, closes on receipt.

Regional Distributor

Region

Verifies and approves every order raised in the region.

Accounts Manager

Head office

Credit control. Clears dues before an order is released.

Production Manager

Plant

Runs the shop floor queue, dispatch and delivery.

Super Admin

All India

Product codes, users, pricing and every order in the system.

Inside

Eight screens, nothing spare.

Each role gets only the screens it needs. A counter sees four; the owner sees all eight.

Your accounting stays put

Vitrak owns the order — who raised it, who approved it, where it is and when it landed. Invoicing, GST and ledgers stay in the software your accountant already uses.

Configured

Shaped to your chain

Stages, approval levels, product codes, credit days and roles are set per company. A three-level chain and a two-level one are not forced into the same shape.

Accountable

Every move is recorded

Who moved the order, when, and what they wrote. The activity log answers "why is this still open" without a phone call.

See it as the person who uses it.

The demo is the real prototype on sample data for a fictional manufacturer. Sign in as any role, move an order forward, put one on hold, and watch it change for everyone else.

Start as the counterRaise a requirement and send it up the chain.
Switch to accountsHold the order over unpaid dues, then clear it.
Finish at the plantProduce, dispatch and mark it delivered.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and "Reset demo data" puts it all back.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is Vitrak available today?

Vitrak is in build. The demo on this page is the working prototype and shows the full order lifecycle. We are taking a small number of pilot companies now.

Do we have to replace our accounting software?

No. Vitrak handles the order — who raised it, who approved it, where it is on the floor and when it was delivered. Invoicing, GST and ledgers stay where they are.

Can a store place an order directly?

Yes. The counter raises its own requirement and tracks it. The sales executive verifies it, so nothing reaches the plant unchecked.

What stops an order going out to an outlet that has not paid?

A credit gate. Accounts sees outstanding, overdue and credit exposure for the outlet before clearing the order, and can put it on hold. Nothing reaches production until dues are cleared.

Does the demo store anything?

No. The demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data for a fictional company. Nothing is sent anywhere and you can reset it at any time.

Can it be shaped to how we already work?

Yes. Stages, approval levels, product codes and roles are configured per company. Talk to us about your chain before anything is built.

Pilot

Tell us how your chain runs.

Send us the shape of it — how many regions, how many outlets, where orders get stuck. We will tell you honestly whether Vitrak fits.
