Dock · The operations layer

Your ERP records
what happened.
Dock handles
what happens next.

Overdue invoices. Laptops out on loan. AMCs about to lapse. Approvals sitting in somebody's inbox. Filing dates nobody diarised. Dock watches all of it and chases it, sitting on top of the systems you already run.

Why this exists

We are not trying to
replace your ERP.

You already bought the software. It works. The problem was never the record-keeping. It is everything that has to happen after the record is created, which still depends on a person remembering.

Your ERP already does this

Keep it. Don't touch it.
  • Raises invoices and records payments
  • Holds masters, ledgers and stock
  • Produces statutory reports for your CA
  • Stores the history of what happened

Nobody does this

This is Dock
  • Chases the invoice that has gone 90 days
  • Warns before an AMC, licence or warranty lapses
  • Pushes the approval that has been idle four days
  • Tells you which laptop is with which person
  • Puts it all on one page every morning
What Dock tracks

One layer.
Every department.

Switch on what you need. Most companies start with one area, see it work, and add the next. Nothing here asks your team to change how they already work.

Receivables

Every overdue invoice chased on schedule, politely and in your name, until it is paid.

  • Ageing by customer
  • Escalating reminders
  • Auto-stop on payment
  • Weekly collection report

Quotations & orders

Follow-up on every quote sent, and an honest view of what converts and what doesn't.

  • Day 2 / 7 / 15 follow-up
  • Win-loss by customer
  • Order status updates
  • Monthly summary

IT assets & devices

Who has which machine, what it cost, when the warranty ends and when it comes back.

  • Device register & assignment
  • Warranty & AMC expiry
  • Software licence renewals
  • Joiner / leaver handover

Office & admin

The renewals and running costs that only surface when something has already lapsed.

  • Vendor & AMC contracts
  • Rent, utilities, insurance dates
  • Housekeeping & facility jobs
  • Courier & visitor log

Purchase & approvals

Nothing sits idle waiting for a signature nobody chased. Approve straight from WhatsApp.

  • PO and expense approvals
  • Idle-request escalation
  • Vendor payment due dates
  • Spend by department

Compliance & documents

Every date that carries a penalty, tracked and warned about well before it arrives.

  • Filing & return due dates
  • Licence & certificate expiry
  • Insurance renewals
  • Contract end dates

And one page every morning that says what needs you today.

Whatever you switch on, it arrives as a single daily brief: on WhatsApp, in email, or on a dashboard if you prefer to look. Not six systems to check. One list.

Your systems stay

It docks on.
Nothing gets ripped out.

Dock reads from what you already run and writes reminders, alerts and reports around it. Your accountant opens the same screens tomorrow. Your CA gets the same reports. Nobody migrates anything, and nobody has to be retrained.

If your team has to change how they work for it to help, we have built the wrong thing.

Not on this list? Where there is no direct connection we work from a scheduled export or a shared sheet. If we genuinely cannot connect to your setup, we tell you before you pay anything.

Getting started

One area first.
Not a rollout.

Most companies start with receivables, because the result turns up in the bank account and it is impossible to argue with.

A 30-minute call

Day zero · Free

We look at one real list together: outstanding invoices, expiring AMCs, pending approvals. No slides. If Dock is not worth it for you, we say so on the call.

Fixed price, in writing

Same week

One area, a defined result, a fixed setup fee with 50% in advance, and a monthly figure after that. What is included and what is not are both written down.

Connect and agree the wording

Week 1

We connect to your system and draft every message that will go out. You read them and approve the tone before a single one is sent to a customer.

Live, then add the next area

Week 2–3 · Cancel anytime

A trial run on a few records, then it goes fully live. Once you trust it, switching on the next area takes days rather than weeks. No lock-in at any point.

Straight answers

Questions worth
asking first.

If something is not answered here, ask on WhatsApp. You will get a real answer, not a brochure.

No, and it is not designed to. Your ERP stays exactly where it is and your accountant carries on as before. Dock reads from it and handles the follow-up work happening around it.

Usually yes. Dock connects to common accounting and ERP systems, and where there is no direct connection it works from scheduled exports or shared sheets. If we cannot connect to your setup, we say so before you pay anything.

No. Almost everyone starts with one area, usually overdue invoices, because the result shows up in the bank account. Other areas get switched on later, one at a time.

Dock can run on your own server or on a private cloud account held in your company name. Your data is not shared with any third party and is not used for anything beyond your own reminders and reports.

Very little. Most of Dock is invisible. It works in the background and reaches people on WhatsApp and email where they already are. The dashboard is for whoever wants to look.

Two to three weeks for the first area. One week to connect to your data and agree the wording of messages, then a short trial run before it goes fully live.

A one-time setup fee for the first area, fixed and agreed in writing with 50% in advance, then a monthly fee to keep it running. No lock-in, so you can stop the monthly at any time.

Start here

One question worth
answering today.

What is currently tracked in somebody's head, a diary, or a spreadsheet only one person opens? And what does it cost you when it gets missed?

Tell us in two lines. You will get an honest answer on whether Dock is worth it for you, roughly what it costs, and how quickly it could be running.
